Abstract
|

|
Broncholithiasis is a relatively rare condition in which a calcified mass is found either
within or eroding into the bronchus. We report two cases of broncholith of the right lung.
One patients is a 41 year old male with a chief complaint of chonic cough and blood tinged
sputum, and the other is a 43 year old female with intermittnet substernal pain for 3 years.
We confirmed the broncholiths by bronchoscopy and underwent bilobectomy and middle
lobectomy, respectively.
They recovered and discharged without any complication.
